Requirements You’re below 20 Hit Points.

Many people report seeing a bright light before their death. You’re one of these people, and at rare intervals when hope seems dim, the light exudes outward from your soul. You shed bright light in a 30-foot radius (and dim light for another 30 feet beyond that) until the end of your next turn. Enemy creatures in the area that rely on sight must attempt a Fortitude save equal to your class DC or spell DC, whichever is higher.

Critical Success The creature is unaffected.
Success The creature is dazzled for 1 round.
Failure The creature is blinded for 1 round and dazzled for 1 minute.
Critical Failure The creature is blinded for 2 rounds and dazzled for 1 minute.

Traits

Rare:

This rarity indicates that a rules element is very difficult to find in the game world. A rare feat, spell, item or the like is available to players only if the GM decides to include it in the game, typically through discovery during play. Creatures with this trait are rare. They typically can't be summoned. The DC of Recall Knowledge checks related to these creatures is increased by 5.

Light:

Light effects overcome non-magical darkness in the area and can counteract magical darkness. You must usually target darkness magic with your light magic directly to counteract the darkness, but some light spells automatically attempt to counteract darkness.

Reincarnated:

These rare ancestry feats are available to any character who has reincarnated at least once either as part of their backstory or because of a reincarnation that took place during play.

Universal Ancestry:

A feat with this trait is available to all ancestries.

Visual:

A visual effect can affect only creatures that can see it. This applies only to visible parts of the effect, as determined by the GM.
